Advertising network programme campaign process

• Advertisers upload their offers onto the Commission Monster® Network Marketplace, making them available for placement by affiliates.
• Publishers (Affiliates) apply to join the advertiser's programme, and upon acceptance, select and place the advertiser's offers on their websites, in e-mail campaigns or in search listings. These links are served and tracked by Commission Monster®.
• When a consumer clicks on one of the affiliate's links and then makes an online purchase or fills out a form on the advertiser's website, that transaction is tracked and recorded by Commission Monster® PostClick Technology.
• Customers are charged a combination of fixed fees and variable compensation based on either a percentage of commissions paid to affiliates, or on a percentage of transaction revenue generated from the programs managed with the Company's affiliate marketing platforms.
